Updating Barefoot Skier Database

Can this be done using a completed competition [.wsk] file and importing the best scores and any new skier data from the data file?

No, a completed competition cannot be imported as barefooter database.
It is possible to import a Excel CSV file, but I usually do that myself, to insure that everybody get that database when updating the software.
I can transmit you the desired format (Excel file) of what it should contains.
