When entering trick scores on a number of occasions when a trick was no credit and then performed again later on and was credit, neither trick was paid. We got around this by paying the first trick. Are we doing something wrong?

I have used the program before but this is the first time I have set it up for a new event. I was unable to produce overall scores for U10 girls. We didn't have any U10 boys. The girls had slalom, trick and overall selected. Scores were entered for each dicipline. Any suggestons?
